St Agnes Church

St. Agnes Anglican Parish Church is situated on Clarence Street in St. James in the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and has been at that location since 1929.

The church is a parish of the incorporated trustees of the Anglican church in the diocese of Trinidad and Tobago.   At St. Agnes you will feel welcomed and find many ways to grow spiritually through our worship and educational offerings. We invite you to visit us at our Sunday service at 7:00AM or 9:30AM every Sunday. 

 St. Agnes partnered with Western Pharmacy as part of their "Neighbor Neighbor" initiative to host two seminars entitled "Planning for the inevitable" and "Diabetes".

Church Hall

The church hall is situated at the back of the church at #20 Clarence Street, St. James and is available for rental for weddings receptions, luncheons, seminars,

workshops etc.For more information on the rental of the hall, please contact the parish office @ (868) 628-2885.

Second Sunday Youth Service

The Youth Council started a new Second Sunday Youth Service on September 8, 2013 at 9:30 a.m.  This Service is an initiative of our Parish Priest, Rev’d Marsha Joseph.  It is a change from the normal Eucharistic Service, in that the young people are free to be innovative and use their creativity in order to encourage wider participation among the members.

Worship….. What does it mean to you?

Being a fan of Gospel music, I was at dance practice one day going through songs. The idea immediately came to me for the theme for the Council’s annual concert where the members of the group can express themselves individually.  The initial idea of the concert was to let the members use their gifts and create an item for the concert that depicted what worship meant to them.
